A name or location entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. Spencer County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
We retain emails and contact messages as needed to reply. They are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement calls for disclosure.

Routine server and analytics systems may record technical details when a page loads, including:
